The class takes place in a well-known, family-run paella restaurant located on the site of a 16th-century mansion house in the historic center. With the doors closed to the public, we open its kitchen and dining room especially for your private paella and sangria class.
Once inside the restaurant, you’ll enter Juan Antonio and Angelines’ kitchen where Angelines teaches you how to make paella using their family’s recipe, so roll up your sleeves and get to the task at hand: making the perfect paella!
Next up: time to blend your own jug of sangria under the directions of Juan Antonio before sitting down to eat your own home-made paella. Juan Antonio will show you how paella is served in Spain.
